*Taos sheared 10.5 lbs., 5.5 (prime blanket fleece). Due to aggressive overskirting,
the fleece weight was significantly diminished.

First Place - 2004 Great Midwest Alpaca Festival, Madison, Wisconsin.

First Place & Reserve Color Champion - '04 Heart of the Valley Alpaca Show, Oregon (1st show attended). Color Champion was 1/2 brother from same Dam. First Place - '04 AlpacaPalooza, WA, Level III (2nd show attended).
Judge Diana Timmerman commented on Taos' solid conformation, gait, fiber density,
high frequency high amplitude crimp, brightness, and softness. Third Place (out of 10) - 2005 OABA Spinoff Competition, Ohio. Comments by Judge:
