Pearl Jam is an incredible Jr. Herdsire who happens to carry a very fine, silky buttery fleece that just scream elite. Sired by our Legacy son PHA Peruvian Taos, Pearl Jam brings the complete package from conformation, heavy bone structure and balance.
Pearl Jam is a show stopper and Blue Ribbon winner, his presence and confidence is very evident. His award winning fleece and judges choice is a reflection of his fiber histograms, genetic makeup and show record. |

|
His full brother, BMF Taos Zeppelin now owned by Delphi Alpacas has also enjoyed the same success and also happens to carry a near identical fleece structure! Zeppelin has recently started his breeding career and his cria to date are spectacular! We can verify the same fineness and exquisite crimp structure is passing through to the crias. We expect the same type of results with Pearl Jam.

As a bonus, the breeding potential to Pearl Jam brings many possibilities. He will definitely throw color and has the genetics to throw anything in between from bay black to rose grey. Pearl Jam has grey markings through out his muzzle and ears just like his mom, Isabella. To sweeten the possibilities, PJ’s mom Isabella was sired by a true black, Captain Midnight Jax. I can not over emphasize the quality of PJ’s fleece.
If you are looking for a herdsire that has an elite fleece with fineness, Pearl Jam is your boy! If you need more information on Pearl Jam, please call or email us! |

Comments from Judge:
Well balanced and proportional animal – smooth gate, very nice bone structure. Once the fleece was parted, the fineness and luster was evident. This was the finest animal of this class. Crimp was excellent throughout.
A point to note; even though he was the darkest animal of the class,
he was still the finest and this is usually not the case with dark animals. |

2nd place
2010 AOBA Nationals
Judge Wade Gease comments were as follows: Wow! this animal has a stunning fleece
with incredible crimp. This yearling does have fineness over the first place animal
and is well balanced. |
